1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by Naga365 ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all users who browse, register for, or use any part of our Platform.

By accessing or using the Naga365 Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms relating to specific products or promotions. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Naga365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The Naga365 Platform is for individuals aged 18 years and above only. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age. If we suspect that you are underage, we reserve the right to suspend your account and withhold any existing balance until satisfactory age verification is completed.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at naga365. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide:

• Full name as stated on a valid identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A valid Malaysia phone number
• A strong and unique password

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, up to date, and complete. Naga365 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time as part of applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

2.4 KYC Verification Process

To comply with legal requirements related to anti-money laundering, Naga365 conducts strict identity verification procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of your identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and never share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.

Naga365 will never ask for your password via email, phone, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, it is fraudulent and you should report it to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the Naga365 support team immediately so that appropriate security measures can be taken. Naga365 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

Naga365 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed through secure payment channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

• The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned
• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's Deposit page
• Naga365 reserves the right to hold suspicious deposits pending verification

4.3 Withdrawal Procedure

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. For deposits made via bank transfer, the withdrawal will be made to the bank account registered in your name. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard Member: Within 24 hours on business days
• Silver Member: Within 12 hours
• Gold Member: Within 6 hours
• Platinum Member: Within 2 hours
• Diamond Member: Instant processing (within 30 minutes)

Naga365 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Rejected withdrawal requests will be returned to your account balance.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Naga365 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand those terms before claiming any bonus.

In general, the following terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• Bonuses have an expiry date and must be used within the designated period
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new player
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless otherwise stated

6Game Rules

All games on the Naga365 Platform have their own rules available within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you agree to comply with those game rules.

Game results generated by the Naga365 RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, Naga365 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the original bet to the player.

In situations where a player experiences internet disconnection or technical failure on their end during gameplay, Naga365 is not liable for any resulting losses. It is advisable to ensure a stable internet connection before starting any gaming session.

7Prohibited Activities

Use of the Naga365 Platform is subject to the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to manipulate games
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system
• Any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system with fraudulent intent
• Threatening, abusing, or behaving inappropriately toward Naga365 staff

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Naga365 Platform — including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, icons, text, images, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of Naga365 or the respective license holders and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Naga365.

9Limitation of Liability

The Naga365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the Platform operates smoothly at all times, we make no guarantee that it will be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

Naga365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or reputational damage.

Naga365's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

10Account Closure

10.1 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the Naga365 customer support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled. Any net balance remaining in your account will be returned to you once all required security checks are completed.

10.2 Closure by Naga365

Naga365 reserves the right to close or suspend your account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Naga365 internal business decisions

10.3 Effects of Closure

Upon account closure, your access to the Platform will be terminated immediately. If the closure is due to a breach of these Terms, Naga365 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance at our discretion.

11Terms Amendment

Naga365 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication of the latest version on the Platform, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

We will endeavour to notify players of significant changes via in-account notices or email to the registered address. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

12Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the naga365 operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, our Platform, or our services shall first be resolved through final negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Any claim against Naga365 must be filed within one (1) year of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Failure to do so will result in the claim being permanently time-barred.
